
Mary L. Morse graduated from California State University, Hayward in 1979 with a degree in Psychology. Shortly thereafter she moved to Brazil. While living in Brazil she studied Portuguese, and worked for a U.S. based mining company. She worked as part of the team that brought the company public on the Canadian Stock Exchange. Returning to the United States in 1990 with her two sons, she lived in Jupiter, FL where she became licensed in physical therapy by the American College of Sport Medicine.
In 1996, she began her career in the financial services industry by joining Merrill Lynch. She completed the Merrill Lynch Professional Development Program and was named Rookie of the Year. While at Merrill Lynch she earned the Winner’s Circle awards and the title of Certified Financial Manager (CFM).
Her career lead her to Smith Barney in 2001 as a Financial Advisor in the Corporate Services division located in Palo Alto, CA. She developed financial plans for executives of Mircosoft, Exxon, and Bank of America. While at Smith Barney Mary earned the designations of Financial Planning Specialist (FPS) and Investment Management Specialist (IMS).
Mary joined Heritage Investment Partners, LLP in September 2008. Mary is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Northern NJ. Currently, she is pursuing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.
